Editor’s letter issue 8

Can you keep a secret? Should you keep a secret? Are there just some secrets that are best never discovered? What makes you keep a secret if you are normally bad at keeping schtum?  These are some of the questions that have been whirring around our brains as we put together our 8th issue.

In this issue, we visit the Changpa, a remote group of nomadic people in India and discover their secret lives. We also ruminate over the meaning of secrets with author Tilly Bagshawe, discuss alien abduction with illustrator Eugenia Loli and find out the secret of Fashion Designer Anna Octobers precocious success.

Of course, its no secret to anyone that we love fashion and beauty so there is a healthy dose of this seasons trends in the issue from tweeds and checks to sequins and shine. As always, we are indebted to the all our amazing contributors and our extraordinary design team: they are really the secret to our success.
