Editors Letter

Launching a magazine (we have found) is a voyage of discovery and so in our fourth issue, we decided to celebrate some of the latest things, peoples and places that have fired our imagination of late.

The concepts of innovation and ‘newness’ are celebrated in most areas of the cultural world. However, it is important to recognize that all new designs, products and even ideas have their roots in the past. As Coco Chanel once said: “Only those with no memory insist on their originality”

So as the year draws to an end we celebrate all the bright shiny revelations that have we have made recently and appreciate all the pioneers who came before that inspired and informed our latest discoveries.
